Wellness Blog

My name is Sarab A. Dormani, and I’m a Registered Nurse with a background experience in critical care and lower limb care. With a passion for health and well-being, I have proudly co-founded Natural Sole Wellness Centre, located on Carling Avenue, in Ottawa, set to open for Spring 2020. However, the current events of our pandemic have challenged the launch of our wellness centre.

Social distancing has now become our new culture. While we cannot provide you with any of our hands-on treatments & services during this pandemic, we still feel that it is important to keep in “touch” with you during these difficult times.

We, at Natural Sole Wellness Centre, have decided to launch our “Wellness Blog” to help you focus on your self-care while you are in the comfort of your home. We are passionate about helping others and while we know that social-media distancing might be difficult, we hope that a little bit of distraction will help!

We’ve got you covered from Soul to Sole!
