Massage therapy history dates back to more than 4000 years ago where ancient cultures believed in its health and holistic oriented benefits. Today, massage therapy is still used to treat many acute and chronic conditions.

Generally, Massage Therapy services are used for relaxation and promoting overall wellness. However, Massage Therapy has shown to:

  • Reduce pain such as neck pain, shoulder pain and back pain
  • Increase joint mobility and range of motion
  • Reduce muscular tensions and spasms
  • Improve lymphatic drainage and overall cardiovascular circulation
  • Enhance immune system function
  • Reduce headaches and migraines
  • Reduce stress, anxiety and insomnia
  • Help with sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents and enhance recovery
