We are proud to offer Massage Therapy services, provided by our Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), to help you regain your quality of life. Our RMT is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Massage Therapy is described as the manipulation of soft tissues including: skin, muscles, connective tissue, ligaments and tendons. Massage Therapy is used for relaxation and promoting overall wellness. However, Massage Therapy has shown to:

Massage Therapy Treatments
Swedish massage is a traditional relaxing massage that uses light pressure techniques in a relaxing atmosphere. This massage is ideal for general stress relief and relaxation.
Sports massage is ideal for anyone who ranges between the weekend runner to a professional athlete! This massage uses diffrent stretching techniques that help your body relax and recover from all your hard working physical activities.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage uses a gentle light touch technique. These movements are designed to stimulate the actions of the lymphatic system. This massage allows to reduce swelling and edema by moving fluids out of the tissues and thowards the body’s filtration system.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage uses firm to extremely firm pressure accross target areas in your body. Deep tissue is ideal for individuals who suffer from chronic muscle and joint pains.
Hot Stone Massage
A hot stone massage uses smooth, flat, and heated rocks placed at key points on the body.
Once the stones have been heated, some are placed onto specific points on the body (such as the back, hands, etc.) and others are held by the massage therapist and used to work the muscles.

With all the changes your body goes through during pregnancy, as a Mom-to-be, you deserve some self-care! During the prenatal massage, you will be laying on your side with many diffrent cushions and pillows to support you. A gentle massage technique is used to reduce stress, swelling and relieve muscle pain.
Recommended for women who are in their 2nd or 3rd trimestre of pregnancy (over 12 weeks).
As a new-Mom, you deserve a massage that will provide you mental and physical relief. Your body changes rapidly after birth and caring for a newborn can create fatigue and stress. Our postnatal massage uses diffrent light techniques to encourage your body’s recovery after birth while promoting circulation, relaxation and pain relief.
Recommended a few days to weeks after birth. If you had any of the following conditions such as pre-eclampsia, eclampsia, difficult labor or a cesarienne, please speak to your health care provider prior to this treatment.
Massage therapy for Infants, Children & Adolescents - 30 minutes: $55 + HST
We offer massage therapy to infants, children and adolescents. From the moment they are born to the end of their teenage years, our children will travel through many development milestones. With their bodies and minds growing while leading their fast-paced and busy lifestyles, our children can definitely benefit from massage therapy. We use a gentle soft tissue massage to promote relaxation and decrease tension. Offering massage therapy to children can help decrease stress, help with digestive issues, promote healthy sleep patterns, reduce pain and anxiety, help with muscle flexibility, and create a sense of well-being.
We request parent(s) to be present in the room with their child during the massage therapy session, especially with newborns and toddlers. For teenagers, it is up to their discretion what they would prefer. Our RMT will discuss with the parent(s) and the child to learn about what they would like to be worked on, and follow the child’s wishes and comfort level.
Complimentary Singing Bowl Therapy
Our RMT can add a complimentary Tibetian Singing Bowl Therapy to any massage. You can promote your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness by adding sound healing to your massage. It can help with:
1. Promoting deep relaxation
2. Pain relief for muscles, and joints
3. Reducing anxiety and stress
4. Improving general well-being
* Not suitable for: pregnant women, people with epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, a deep brain stimulation device, pacemaker, cardiac conditions, metal inserts, hemiparesis, neurological conditions, and severe depression or anxiety.

What to Expect
Our RMT will begin the appointment with a consultation to assess and address your current concerns. Everyone is different and so is every massage. Your massage will be customized to meet your health and wellness needs. During your treatment, you can always communicate your level of comfort or any concerns with your RMT. Your level of comfort and relaxation is our priority!
Our Registered Massage Therapist is a Medavie Blue Cross and DVA provider: direct billing is available for RMT appointments.
Coverage may be available with your private insurance company. A receipt with the RMT’s license # will be provided. This service can be put towards your income taxes as a medical expense.
