At Natural Skin & Sole Wellness Clinic we value the importance of a collaborative approach when it comes to the health and wellbeing of our patients.

Our facility offers the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team. We work in collaboration to ensure that our patients receive high-quality and personalized care. We do not have a one-size fits all program nor do we offer packages. Instead, our assessments and treatments are based on everyone’s unique needs and goals.

If you are a Healthcare Provider and would like to refer a patient to our clinic, you will find our Referral Forms bellow. Simply download and fill out the appropriate form with your patient’s information. Once complete, please fax the form to Natural Skin & Sole Wellness Clinic at 613-761-6062, and we will contact the patient to book their first appointment with the desired Practitioner.
