Our Cancellation policy
Dear valued patients,
Please note that our team at Natural Skin & Sole Wellness Clinic makes every effort possible to accommodate your time and requested appointment. When you book an appointment with one of our practitioners, they have reserved that time to devote to your needs and concerns. To ensure the continuity of our quality of care to all our patients, we request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are going to be late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Note that this may minimize your appointment time. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too.
When booking your appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require at least 24-hour notice. The less time we have to do that to fill in an appointment, the less likely it is for us to recoup the revenue. Out of respect to our staff, our cancellation policy is necessary to protect the livelihood of our employees. And out of respect to our other patients, having enough time allows our administrative team to contact other patients who are on our wait list for their much-needed health appointments.
Can’t make it with less than 24 hour notice? You may also send a friend or family member in your place to receive the scheduled treatment in order to avoid any “Late Cancellation/No Show Fee”.
In order to help our patients, we send appointment reminder emails and text messages. Please note that these reminders are a courtesy from the clinic. As a patient, you are responsible for booking your appointment.
Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be subject to 50% charge of the appointment fee. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we get that. Should you need to postpone your appointment or modify it, you are to contact management for any concerns.
Missed appointments, such as “No Shows” and “Last minute cancellations” will be subject to the full (100%) charge of the appointment fee. This fee must be paid prior to future bookings. A valid credit card on file will be required for all bookings. We have a right to refuse any bookings made with an invalid credit card.
Cancellation of any appointment must be done during regular business hours with one of our staff members. If you book an appointment within the 24-hour time frame, the policy is in effect right away. Due to the high volume of e-mails received daily, it is impossible for us to follow up on appointment modifications via e-mail.
Cancellation policies are a common policy to be in place in any service-based industry, such as our wellness practice. Please note that we have a “Zero tolerance harassment policy”; We will not tolerate behaviour that disrespects and threatens our staff and patients, and that disrupts our provided quality of care. We have a right to refuse appointment booking/ access to our clinic to any individual who fails to respect our code of conduct and policies in place.
