Manual Lymphatic Drainage in ottawa

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle massage using a light touch. This techniques helps direct the lymph fluid through the proper lymphatic channels and towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of our body’s immune system and plays an important role in fighting infections, and clearing toxins out of our body (such as cancer cells, dead cells, toxins, etc.). The lymphatic massage helps improve the flow of the lymph fluid to the nodes, which helps eliminate toxins, bacteria, viruses, and fat cells out of the body and reduce swelling from certain areas of the body. In response, patients are able to relax better and notice an increase in their energy levels. At Natural Skin & Sole Wellness Clinic, our Massage Therapists (RMT) offer Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage as part of their holistic approach to health and wellness.
